We had Sam and Aman come to our house to replace our alarm system back up battery. It sounds like it would have been a simple task but unfortunately we couldn’t locate the control box. The team went to extraordinary efforts, crawling through cramped roof spaces and under our house as the box was not in any of the locations that it is typically installed. Awesome service - Sam was really nice, super honest and even promised to take back the Mesh system if it didn’t meet our expectations once setup. There was no need for that though, as he chose the perfect setup and we now have minimum 300mbps down throughout our home - brick walls and 5 bedrooms, 2 stories.
